How Our Driver Development Program Works
ASC’s Driver Development system is built around clear, progressive stages. Every drivers starts with a baseline evaluation, the moves through structured levels designed to build complete, confident, race-ready drivers.
Level 1: Fundamentals
Drivers begin with core technique: Posture, Braking, throttle control, racing lines and consistency. This level builds the foundation every competitive driver needs before pushing for pace.
Level 2: Intermediate
We refine consistency and introduce racecraft basics. Drivers learn corner entry/exit, braking zones, passing fundamentals, and how to maintain pace over longer sessions.
Level 3: Advanced
This level focuses on aggression, advanced passing, defending, race starts and deeper data analysis. Ideal for drivers competing at club and regional levels who want to run at the front.
Level 4: National
For drivers targeting national events, this level includes event prep, strategy, mental performance, advanced data review and full race weekend support. This is ASC’s highest level of coaching and support.
